By accessing or using LAMP EDTECH's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using on behalf of an institution, you represent that you have authority to bind that institution.
LAMP EDTECH provides a multi-tenant digital learning ecosystem including student portals, lecturer portals, assessment tools, course management, and academic reporting features.
Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Institutions are responsible for managing user access and ensuring appropriate use of the platform.
You retain full ownership of all content, assessments, student data, and materials you upload to LAMP EDTECH. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We will never use your data to train AI systems, machine learning models, or for any purpose other than providing the services you request.
You agree not to: (a) Use the platform for illegal purposes; (b) Attempt to bypass security measures; (c) Interfere with platform operations; (d) Upload malicious code or content.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
Either party may terminate access at any time. Upon termination, your data will be made available for export for 30 days before secure deletion.
LAMP EDTECH is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.
